I don’t get to bake as much as I would like to, my baking equipment has been neglected lately but as the little munchkin (aka Isabelle) is now at a stage where she loves to play mummy’s little helper I thought I should whip out and dust off the the old apron and set about baking some rather lush cupcakes.
Everyone loves a cupcake right?
Today my aim was strawberry filled cupcakes with a vanilla sponge and a fab strawberry milkshake buttercream frosting.
On plating up I realised my cupcake stand was missing a vital part, I have no idea where the the actual pole is, so for purposes of taking rubbish pictures on my phone, I just used the plates from my stand.
