London is one of those great places that caters for all, there is pretty much something for everybody when you are looking for days out. Here are our top picks for days out;
The London Dungeons
One of London’s must see attractions boasting a truly unique theatrical experience. It’s not for the little ones though, it’s recommended for ages 8 and up. It’s one of my favourite places to visit when we make the trip to London.
Open Top Tours
What better way to see the Capital than to take a ride on the iconic open top tour buses that take you past some of London’s main attractions and monuments.
Natural History Museum
As a child this was one of my favourite places, it’s a fun filled day for all the family, especially those little dinosaur fanatics.
Choccywoccydoohdah
Not a place to spend the full day but it’s a must for all those chocolate lovers. Who can resist tasty, yummy chocolate in fabulous art form?
The O2
Previously the Millennium Dome, the O2 is now home to some of the worlds top performing artists and acts. It’s proven to be a hugely popular venue, with Disney on Ice and the Script tickets being popular choices for 2015.
ZSL London Zoo
In the spring and summer months, London Zoo makes a fabulous day out for all the family, with plenty of events and experiences to keep you entertained for the entirety of the day.
Tate Modern
First opening its doors in 1897 the Tate has become a popular place to visit and now contains nearly 70,000 pieces of artwork ranging from 1500 to the present day.
The Science Museum
I’m a science buff and luckily Little Legs, shares my enthusiasm so the Science Musuem, London is always on our list for a visit. It turns a day of fun in to a learning experience for all.
