Review – Halos N Horns Moisturising Lotion

Review - Halos N Horns Moisturising Lotion 2

Having very sensitive skin myself and prone to having breakouts of eczema I was extremely cautious about the products that I use on my daughter. I didn’t want her to have any skin reactions to the products used especially with her being a baby and her skin being most sensitive. We had used other products that had dried out her skin or left a rash of sorts.

We were introduced to the Halos N Horns range which are specifically designed for babies and children. One thing that really impressed me was that they recommend avoiding all skincare products for the first month of life.

Review - Halos N Horns Moisturising Lotion 3

When we purchased the product I tested it out on a small patch on my own arm, no problems there. So after her bath that evening we used the Halos N Horns Moisturising Lotion. It smelt amazing, I’m pretty sure I kept her up for a little while longer just so that I could carry on sniffing her before she went to bed.

She did not have any reaction to it at all and left her skin feeling lovely and soft. It left me stress free and  feeling secure knowing that it was free of nasties and would not harm her skin.

It’s a great product, I even stocked up on it even though it is a little more pricey than it’s competitors at £4 for a 250ml tube. I found a little goes a long way and didn’t leave her skin feeling slippery and greasy due to its hypoallergenic non-greasy formula. They use as many natural conditioners and plant-derived cleansing ingredients they can to ensure that it is gentle to your babies skin. It sure did pack in the moisture and her skin still felt lovely and soft after 12 hours.

This is certainly a product that I simply cannot recommend enough. I can’t wait to test the rest of their range…..
