Review – E45 Junior Range

Isabelle and I have been lucky enough to receive the E45 Junior Range to review. I have said this before but I suffer from dry skin and eczema prone skin and Isabelle has dry patches of skin so we try to avoid any products that will irritate her skin. Being a user of E45 creams myself I jumped at the chance to review them with Isabelle.

The range consists of a Junior Foaming Bath Milk, Junior Moisturising Lotion and Junior Hand and Body Wash. The range sticks with the traditional E45 colour scheme of white and blue but have also added fun animated images with bright colours so that the range is appealing to children.

E45 Junior Foaming Bath Milk – £4.85 for 500 ml

The bath milk consists of two layers and you shake the bottle to combine the mixture and make the bubbles. This is a great idea to get children more involved with the bath time preparations. Isabelle is still too young to take part in the preparation but I know an older child would love mixing the mixture to add to their bath. The foaming bath milk created a wonderful creamy bath with the added bonus of bubbles. Naturally Isabelle had a whale of a time, as she invariably does with anything that involves bubbles and water. The bath milk contains coconut milk which not only smelt amazing but it also cleanses and moisturises the skin. It’s a very versatile product and even adults can use it to.

E45 Junior Moisturising Lotion – £3.85 for 200ml

The Lotion benefits from being perfume free. It is light so a little really does go a long way. It was not overly perfumed and easy to apply. It absorbed easily into the skin and did not leave the skin feeling greasy like some moisturising lotions do due to its non-greasy formula. After 4 days of using it Isabelle’s dry patches had almost cleared up and her skin was very soft. Even my hands were very smooth with little dry patches whereas the skin on my knuckles used to be sore and cracked with dry skin. Full marks for this lotion.

E45 Junior Hand and Body Wash – £3.45 for 200ml

The hand wash is the most attractive looking as it contains brightly coloured bubble beads and as you wash the beads burst. They contain vitamin rich oils so the wash does not dry out the skin. Isabelle loved the coloured beads on her skin and became fascinated by them.

All this resulted in one very lappy little lady at bath time

The combination of all three products works a treat and her skin was incredibly soft and also made bath times fun. At a very reasonable starting price of £3.45 you cannot go wrong.
