The first thing that I noticed was the great bunny design (as well as being very cute) making Isabelle chuckle when she saw it. It is available in two colours pink and blue, we opted for the blue as there were no pink ones available in store (and I didn’t want to wait for them to come back into stock)
It is very user friendly , I was able to use my to fingers in its ears and massage Isabelle’s gums with teething gel easily and with no irritation as they are made from super soft materials. She remained calm which was a huge surprise as since she started teething she will not allow me anywhere near her mouth, it appeared she was too busy looking and trying to play with the rabbit to notice. I was also able to sneakily check the inside of her mouth for any toothy pegs which was an added bonus (toothy peg total = 0)
Now that she is used to the rabbit it will be a doddle to clean her first teeth when they eventually come through. It also helps to keep the inside of her mouth clean, when I brush my teeth in the morning I offer Isabelle the rabbit to clean the inside of her mouth to. I’m hoping that by using the rabbit early we will not have any problems when we do make the transition to a baby toothbrush.
As with all MAM products they are BPA Free and they can also be used from birth to help maintain oral hygiene by removing plaque and bacteria.
Cleaning the Rabbit could not be any easier, I simply pop it in the washing machine with the rest of her clothes and put it on an extra rinse/spin to remove and soap powder residue.
Yet again another great product by MAM
