COSATTO: IMPORTANT PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE

COSATTO: IMPORTANT PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE 2

Cosatto have released the following product safety notice!

COSATTO 3SIXTI HIGHCHAIR

As part of an ongoing program of continual product assessment, a potential safety concern has been identied relating to the seat security of the Cosatto 3sixti highchairs below.

The 5 screws supplied in the fixing pack, which allow the consumer to secure the seat unit to the stand during home assembly, may become loose and fall out during use. If undetected, this presents a potential choking hazard.

If 3 or more screws fall out, it renders the highchair unsafe as it is possible for the seat unit to become detached from the stand with a risk of injury to the child.

IMPORTANT: If your highchair is pictured above, check it immediately. If any of the screws are missing STOP USING IMMEDIATELY and contact Cosatto to request a Replacement Screw Pack. If all 5 screws are still in place, tighten with an appropriate screw driver if necessary before contacting Cosatto as you will still need to request a Replacement Screw Pack.
The replacement screws have a special “locking” feature which removes any possibility of loosening during use in the future.

To request a Replacement Screw Pack please contact us directly via 0871 977 3900 (Option 1), via email at 360@cosatto.com or write to us at the address below.
