Sleep 6-12 months
By now your baby may be sleeping 13-14 hours per 24 hours. This is made up of a morning and afternoon nap plus 10-12 hours night time sleep.
Common ailments which can disrupt a good night’s sleep include those mentioned above plus:
Teething
