Review - MAM Perfect Soother

The Lovely people at MAM UK have sent us a MAM Perfect Soother 6 Months + to put to the test. The quality looks excellent as with all MAM soothers we have tried so far.

The soother is 3times softer and 60% thinner than the average soother which is even better for your child’s oral development.

The Soother comes in its own little plastic travel box which also doubles as a sterilizing box, this is great for saving time and ease of use. It’s also a lot quicker than having to use a bigger more conventional sterilizer which means that the soother can be returned to the baby quicker and no more dirty soother! The nipple part of the soother never touches the insides of the box due to the cleverly designed clip inside which means that the soother remains completely sterile unless touched or removed from the box. Sterilizing couldn’t be any easier, simply add 25ml of water to the case and place the soother in the clip inside the case. Then finally close the lid and microwave for 3 minutes and voila one perfectly clean soother.

We were given the funky pink design to test which looks rather attractive and very cute. This makes the soother not only functional, practical and safe but also it looks great. Due to the physical design of the soother which includes large ventilation holes, it allows your babies skin to breathe which is something that had let me down with other common soothers and my little girl had red chapped marks around her mouth.

Isabelle took to the soother straight away and tottered on with her business, obviously I had to stop her duties to get some photographs with her new soother. Isabelle is a very busy baby and is constantly on the move but she never dropped the soother and it even remained in place at nap time. Its safe to say that since she was presented with the soother she hasn’t let go of it since

The soothers are a little pricier than other MAM Soothers and other brands at an RRP £5.50 for 1pk but the quality of the product really stands out.
