This time last week we were sat writing Little Leg’s Christmas Wish List ready to send off to Santa, her interests vary wildly for an almost 4 year old girl. Right now she loves anything horse related so obviously anything My Little Pony would be a winner.
Little Legs has a rather strange obsession with Spiderman and has asked for a Spiderman costume as she cannot perform proper Spiderman stunts without the costume. Who are we to argue?
Books, honestly this child loves reading books. We’re planning on creating an advent calendar of books for the festive season although our book cases are bursting at the seams. At the moment she loves Encyclopaedias, she absorbs information like a sponge, she loves magical stories to. I can’t wait for her to experience the magical world of Harry Potter, I have a few years to wait for that I reckon
Insects, bugs and creepy crawlies are also a hit so we have been looking at a Butterfly Garden kit so she can watch the whole process of caterpillars transforming into butterflies. I can’t wait to see her reaction to the whole transformation from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly.
She would very much like a star constellation projector, one of her favourite things to do is look at the night sky. Here in Manchester there’s a lot of light pollution and our skies are often overcast with great big clouds so the visibility of the night sky is greatly reduced. This would be amazing in her bedroom at night
The most wanted item on her Christmas list this year is a Doll House, it’s the one item that she has begged for consistently so it about time that Santa brought her one. Well that and a Pony but that’s not going to happen anytime soon.
![[AD] This year has been full of changes, we’ve homeschooled, we’ve worked from home (and still do) and as a result, we have spent more time in the house than we have out. It’s been no surprise that our monthly utility bills have increased over that period.
