The festive time of year is fast approaching and at Not Always Right we are bursting with excitement. Last year saw Isabelle’s very first Christmas but being only a couple of weeks old at the time we were still in new parent mode. This year will be different, she can open her own presents, eat festive food and take part in our family Christmas celebrations. I love everything about Christmas from making lists to decorating the Christmas tree; I even enjoy the painstaking task of wrapping presents.
What is also exciting is that this will become our first Christmas blogging so what better way to do it than to share some festive cheer with my lovely readers.
One of my favourite parts of the run up to Christmas is the big countdown – the Advent Calendar. This has become my inspiration for our Yuletide feature
So I introduce to you “Isabelle’s Christmas Advent Calendar”
So what is it?
Here at Not Always Right we shall be bringing you some excellent gift ideas, lots of exciting competitions, Christmas crafting ideas and last but not least some amazing recipes for those Christmas Treat over the run up to Christmas. Now as much as we would love to have started our Advent Calendar on the traditional 1st December it would not have been possible. You see we want our competition winners to have received their prizes before Christmas day and although we cannot guarantee that they will, we are going to try our hardest to endeavour this.

![[AD] This year has been full of changes, we’ve homeschooled, we’ve worked from home (and still do) and as a result, we have spent more time in the house than we have out. It’s been no surprise that our monthly utility bills have increased over that period.
